RYDE scores are the the truest measure of customer satisfaction. These are where the customer is presented with a link to rate their delivery. Common issues complained about by customers are WRONG ADDRESS, WRONG PLACEMENT, and/or DAMAGED PACKAGE. These are all issues totally within a drivers control. Managers will share feedback with drivers as it is available. An acceptable score is 4 or greater.
